Boarding 24 Hour Pick Up/Drop Off One Time Use


24 Hour Pick Up and Drop off Rules for Boarding:

Midnight is the starting time and cut off time for 24 hour pick up/drop off. This means:


Boarding drop off: you can drop your dog off at any time during the hours we are closed. If your dog is dropped off before midnight, your dog would have been considered boarding for the night and the card on file will be charged accordingly. The dog must have had a temperament test, or has been to the facility before being dropped off in 24 Hour for the first time.


Boarding pick up:  If placed in a 24 Hour room for pick up, your dog must be picked up between 6pm-12am of the same day as the boarding service was provided. If your dog is picked up after midnight, the card on file will be charged accordingly for the night of boarding.

Peak Season Dates

Please note that Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break and other peak times require a minimum three-night stay.
